Don't mention Prophet ﷺ by his name alone.
The Beautiful Verse of the Holy Quran which commands us not to mention the Prophet (ﷺ) by his name alone:
“Do not make the calling of the Messenger among yourselves as the calling of one of you to another.”
(Qur’an 24:63)
Shaykh ʿAbd al-Raḥīm al-Ṭaḥḥān said:
As for someone referring to our Prophet, the Messenger of the Lord ﷺ, as "Muhammad ibn Abdullah," this is considered disrespectful, rude, and lacking in proper etiquette. Why not say, "Muhammad, the best of God's creation"? Why not say, "Muhammad, the Messenger of God"? Why not say, "Our Messenger, the Beloved of God"? Why not say, "Our Master Muhammad, the Seal of the Prophets"? Our Prophet ﷺ should only be attributed to his father when recounting his lineage, such as "Muhammad ibn Abdullah ibn Abdul Muttalib," when clarifying his noble and blessed ancestry. But to say in scholarly gatherings, "Muhammad ibn Abdullah said," is rude, disrespectful, and shows a lack of reverence for the Seal of the Prophets may God's prayers and peace be upon our Prophet, his family, and his companions.
Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar al-Haytami issued a fatwa stating that anyone who says this should be reprimanded by the authorities for their rudeness and lack of etiquette towards our Prophet, the best of God's creation ﷺ. Glory be to my Lord, the Most Great!

Among the bad manners towards the Prophet ﷺ is mentioning his name alone; it is obligatory to describe him with prophethood or messengership. Do not say: Muhammad said, or Muhammad came, but say: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, with gentleness and humility.
Allah Almighty said: "Do not make the calling of the Messenger among yourselves as the calling of one of you to another" [Al-Nur: 63].
Qadi ‘Iyad said: "Thus Allah made it obligatory to honor and respect him, and required his veneration and exaltation."
Imam al-Tabari said:
"Do not call him as you call one another by name; 'O Muhammad, O Muhammad,' but rather with gentle speech and good address, with reverence, respect, and honor; 'O Prophet of Allah, O Messenger of Allah.' This is what the scholars of interpretation have said."
Al-Qalqashandi said:
"Our Shafi'i scholars and others have stated explicitly that it is not permissible to address him ﷺ by his name, citing the noble verse as evidence."
Ibn Taymiyyah said:
"God forbade them from saying: O Muhammad, or O Ahmad, or O Abu al-Qasim, but rather they should say: O Prophet of God, O Messenger of God. He said: How could they not address him in this way when God Almighty honored him in His address to him in a manner He did not honor any of the other prophets, for He never called him by his name in the Qur’an at all, but rather says: O Prophet, tell your wives (Qur’an 33:28), O Prophet, fear God (Qur’an 33:1), O Messenger, convey what has been revealed to you (Qur’an 5:67). Whereas He, the Exalted, said: O Adam, inform them of their names (Qur’an 2:33), O Noah, he is not of your family (Qur’an 11:46). This is how he honoured his Beloved ﷺ."
Imam al-Rahibani in "Matalib Uli al-Nuha":
"Nor should he be called by his name, such as 'O Muhammad,' but rather say: 'O Messenger of Allah, O Prophet of Allah,' due to His saying: لا تجعلوا دعاء الرسول بينكم كدعاء بعضكم بعضا."

Imam Al-Muqaddam in his Tafsīr al-Qurʾān al-Karīm:
"Among his ﷺ rights is not calling him by his name. Part of this is that he was addressed in a manner befitting him, as Allah ﷿ said: "Do not make the calling of the Messenger among you as the calling of one another" [An-Nur: 63]. Allah forbade the Muslims from saying: O Muhammad! or O Ahmad! or O Abu al-Qasim! Rather, they should say: O Messenger of Allah, O Prophet of Allah. And how could they not address him in this way when Allah ﷾ honored him in His address in a manner He did not honor any of the prophets before him? He never called him by his name in the Qur’an at all, but rather said: "O Prophet, say to your wives" [Al-Ahzab: 28], "O Prophet, say to your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers" [Al-Ahzab: 59], "O Prophet, We have made lawful to you your wives" [Al-Ahzab: 50], "O Prophet, fear Allah" [Al-Ahzab: 1], "O Prophet, We have sent you as a witness" [Al-Ahzab: 45], "O Prophet..."
