Tawassul/Istighatha evidences

Imam Shafi (rh) would go to the grave of Imam Abu Hanifa and would seek barakh from it and would supplicate there if he ever had a need and it would be fulfilled (Manaqib Imam Al Adham Abu Hanfia)

A man would go to the grave of The Prophet (SAW) and would ask him to teach if he ever sawy something wrong being done (Shub Al Iman by Bayhaqi 495,3).

And Imam Bayhaqi (rh) did not raise any objection to this rather shared even more narrations like this in his book and was showing this as something good.

Ibn Taymiyyah (rh) about Istighatha in His book against Al Bakri.

Sahih Hadith that the Prophet (SAW) prays for his Ummah. Reference Imam Bazzar, Musnad Bazzar (Maktabatul Ulum Wal Hikam: Madinah, 2009), 5:308. Al-Haythamī said in Al-Majma’[9/24]: it was narrated by Al-Bazzār and his narrators are authentic. Al- Suyūṭī also authenticated it in al-Khaṣā’iṣ[2/281].
This is authentic aswell and if they can say O God Relieve our kids or so and so then it means you can also ask them for prayers as they are closer to God than us as Ibn Taymiyyah also said
Imam Al Sakhawi says its permissible to seek intercession even after the death of Saints (fatawi Imam Sakhawi 1,291).

Scholar of Scholars of his time Al Ramli says its permissible to seek help istighatha from the Prophets and the Saints (fatwa Ramli 382,1).
Ibn Umar (RA) calling upon the Prophet (SAW) for (Istighatha) help when his legs got numb (sharh Al Shifa 2,43).
Proof that the Salaf believed its permissible to seek barakah from the Saints:

Imam Shafi (rh) sent a book to Imam Ahmad Hanbal and Ahmad Hanbal sent his shirt and Al Shafi said i will use it so seek barkah (Tabbaruk) (Taqabat Shafiyah by taj al subki 36,2 and in Manaqib Ahmad by Ibn Al Jawzi) , authentic narration.

Ibn Tayimiyyah doing tawwasul through the Prophet (SAW) and Ahlul Bayt in his poem.
and the later part of the Image where its mentioned about Al Tabarani getting food while looking at something its is from the work of Ibn Al Jawzi (forgot the name of the book).

Ibn Taymiyyah (rh) said seeking help from the Prophet (SAW) as seeking intercession is fine but not as worship (Al Bidayah volume 18 pg 75).

Ibn Taymiyyah (rh) says seeking help from the Prophet (SAW) is the best to seek help from (Majmu fatawi 1,105).
Ibn Taymiyyah (rh) says God is too good to be the intercessor so you must ask the Prophet (SAW) for intercession.
Ibn Taymiyyah (rh) says that its correct to say that the world was created for Muhammad (SAW) In Majmu Rasail wal Masa'il (pg ,1,157)
Ibn Taymiyyah (rh) says that the Prophet (S) can give anyone anything from his grave and the miracles that happen at the graves of the Prophets and Saints are true (Sirat Mustaqim pg,254,255,256).
Imam Ahmad recommending to seek intercession through the righteous and Ibn Tayimiyyah saying the same (kashf al samm by imam saffarini).
Imam Ahmad Ibn Hanbal says its recommended to seek intercession through the righetous in supplications and Ibn Tayimiyyah confirmed it (Al Insaf by mardawi 5,420).
Imam Ibn Al Qayyim (rh) said that whatever good is in this Nation is through Rasul Allah (SAW) (zad al maad 1,461).
Imam Ahmad Ibn Hanbal says that there is nothing wrong in kissing the grave and seekings blessings from it (Kitab Jamia Uloom Ahmad Aqeedah version pg. 4,117).

The Prophet (SAW) said a time will come when a man will supplicate for the people and God will tell them to call for their special ones taken From the book of Zuhd By Imam Ibn Mubarak (rh).
Imam Ibn Qayyim (rh) said this regarding the person who asked Ibn Tayimiyyah for guidance even after his death he said the ignorant will deny this so he deemed it permissible.
